SHIPPING INFORMATION

We process and ship orders once a week, every Friday. To ensure your order is included in the week's shipment, please place it by Thursday at 2 PM.

Delivery Times:

• Domestic (The Netherlands): 1–3 business days.

• International: 7–14 business days (depending on location).

Shipping Costs:

• Domestic shipping with track and trace starts at 9€

• Free pickup is available in Den Haag. Choose this option at checkout, and we'll contact you with pickup details.

• International rates may vary based on destination.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking:
All shipments are sent via PostNL. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.

• For international shipments: Once the package reaches the destination country, you may need to check with the local national shipping service for continued tracking updates.

Returns:
We are a small studio, and unfortunately, returns are not possible. Please make your purchase carefully!
