Which activities the workshop consists of:
We will explore the tricks to make good natural ink for screen printing on paper and textiles. The lesson will consist of an introduction to water-based inks. We will work with a seasonal plant that can be foraged in the local landscape. Binding agents for best results will be discussed. Topics about light and color fastness, the longevity of natural color as well as proper storage for the ink will also be covered.

When: Saturday 13th July - 10-00 to 13.00
Minimum 3 participants, 6 participants max.;
Where: Studio Greta Facchinato, Hoge Zand 30, 2512 EM Den Haag;
Basic knowledge of screen printing is advised but not mandatory;
Time: 3h (including a 20 minutes break);
Materials are provided;
Participants may bring: an apron will come in handy to keep clothes clean (or wear appropriate clothing); a sketchbook/notebook;
Everyone takes home an ink color sample + a bottle of ink;
Language: English;
Price: 80€ - Early bird tickets: 65€ (for a limited time only)

Cancellation policy
The following terms and conditions apply to bookings for workshops and gift vouchers:
There is no refund for cancellations or no-shows. If you are unable to attend a workshop you can find an alternate participant to attend in your place. Please communicate this to the organizer via hello@gretafacchinato.com
In case of the organizer is unwell, the workshop will be rescheduled within 3 months.
Gift vouchers have a validity of 3 months. There is no refund for unused gift vouchers.
Payment options
The webshop offers payments via Stripe or PayPal. If you would like to pay with an alternative option to purchase an item or attend a workshop you can email hello@gretafacchinato and request payment via invoice.
